Calldesk seats quickly up and running with Unamic/HCN

Unamic/HCN is the largest independent facilitating service provider for customerprocesses in The Netherlands and they are marketleader for Dutch off-shore contactcenters. As the availability (and not the ownership) of the IT equipment is key for Unamic/HCN, they use Desktop on Demand. Every new calldesk employee automaticly means a new seat with matching IT equipment. The service management of the infrastructure is done by Unamic/HCN themselves, but they've outsourced the administrative, financial and logistic processes with Econocom.

In this way, t for Telecom not only provides added value for its customers but also for its business partners. By using a Roll-Out-Facility financing solution, the marketing budget remained available for its core activities.

Innovative fitness with Fast Fit

Fast Fit is a fitness centre with an innovative concept. Fast Fit offers its customers a personal coach and a private fitness studio with an LCD screen. And it was looking for a financing solution to purchase these screens. They wanted to provide the luxury quality that matches the concept without the necessity of huge investment. Through Multimedialease they were able to finance the screens they needed for a fixed monthly payment and open the first two branches in Amsterdam and Eindhoven.

Borrowing books from Biblionova

After the merger of a large number of libraries in South Limburg, it was very important for BiblioNova to harmonise and standardise. Many branches also needed new equipment. By using a Roll Out Facility, all IT could be updated and standardised – both the library system and the office work stations. Because IT was the biggest and most fluctuating item in the budget, Gemlease was used to convert this into a fixed monthly operating cost, enabling them to keep the organisation running from an annual subsidy.

Media Landscape

Media Landscape supplies content for narrowcasting. As a result of a big contract with Postkantoren B.V. they were looking for a way to finance screens in approximately 300 branches. Multimedialease advised a Technology Refresh Option comprising various lifecycles, which created flexibility with regard to replacement times. The TRO automatically releases an investment sum every six months, enabling Medialandscape to finance expansion or replacements.
